▼Contents □ 昔のTVシリーズ ”Kungfu” より □ Practice ： ５月の報告と６月の予定 □ ５月の出席状況とNew Comer …………………………………………………………………………………… アメリカの昔のTV series”Kungfu”より、dialogueをひとつご紹介しましょう。 幼くして少林寺に入門した主人公Caineが、精神と肉体を鍛えて立派な僧に成長していく姿を描いた作品です。その第一話、Caineの人生の師となる盲目のPo先生との出会いの場面より、 Po: You are the new student. Come closer. Caine: You cannot see. Po: You think I cannot see. Fear is the only darkness. Never assumed that because a man has no eyes he cannot see. Close your eyes. What do you hear? Caine: I hear the water. I hear the birds. Po: Listen for the color of the sky. Search the air for the perfume of ice on a hot day. If you have found these things you will know. Caine: Old man, how is it that you hear these things?
