[discussion] "The world of gambling in Japan" (Tabata)

Do you like gambles ?
Despite the anti-gambling laws in Japan, many Japanese love gambles. There are many gambles in Japan. (pachinko, keiba, bicycle race, boat racing, mahjong, flower cards, lottery (" Takarakuji", LOTO, Numbers, toto …) etc.
Some of them are legal and some are illegal. Many gambles tie to criminal syndicates. But Tokyo Governor Shintaro Ishihara announced his intention of constructing legal casinos in Tokyo's waterfront in Odaiba.
On June 29th I'd like you to read the material(I will give you on that day),enjoy discussion and have a talk about gambles (including your experiences) . Thank you.
