Hello,
ESS folks.
I’m Ogawa from Tokyo.
I’m very happy that I’ll be with you again on coming Saturday when I’m to
take charge of the latter program “PRACTICE” after over 1 year interval.
The Practice consists of two programs. First one is Puzzles for about 20
minutes and the other is discussion for the rest of the time.
As for Puzzles, with a couple of hints being served in each question, any
one can answer any time moment you figure out. Now let me give you some
examples.
You are about to figure out the key word being related to served words. When
I say, a key word beginning with N, and the hint words are PAPER and CASTER.
Then the answer will be NEWS, an in newspaper and news caster.
As another example, again a word starting with N, and the hint words are
SUR, LAST and FAMILY. Now you’ll understand the key word. That is NAME, as
in surname, last name and family name. And to be continued this way.
The other program is discussion. I have prepared 3 materials. You can choose
any one of them, or you could try all of them. I hope you’ll have a good
time talking with the members of your group. Thank you.
