You are going to talk to your group members. You can come up with any topic(s) that sounds interesting to you. You are supposed to develop your topic(s) in the talk.
In the later part of the session, you are going to give a very short speech, say 30 seconds each. Every one of you has an equal opportunity to speak English in front of the people. Of course, You can use a note if you are not confident about your memory :-)

Do you like jokes? Do you think you can make English native speakers laugh with your jokes? Some English jokes are difficult to understand as their punch lines are different from those of Japanese jokes.
In this practice, you will read a variety of English jokes, discuss what's funny about them with your group members and find out what English jokes are.
Hope you will find this activity enjoyable and learn English sense of humor.

In this practice, you will be divided into max. 5 groups. Each group gets 2 pictures: 1 Japanese picture, and 1 Western (European) picture.
Each picture represents a story (e.g.) Ｍｏｍｏｔａｒｏ．Please discuss the stories in the group. At 19:30, each group is asked to present the stories. If you would like to prepare for this practice, ask your kids to read YOU some picture books, or dig into your oshiire and find your text books from school :-)
