Title: Let’s pick up heart-warming wedding songs and make
English version of famous J-POP music!

Description:
In this practice, at first, I would like to ask you to
recommend me heart-warming wedding songs. Because, in the
personal matter, my friend was recently married and I will
do the management of music and make slide films showing in
the wedding party. So, please tell us the song with the
situation when the song is used (e.g. the bride and
bridegroom' entrance, cake cutting, etc).
For the next, shall we try to translate famous J-POP music
into English with your group members? From nowadays,
there are many Japanese famous songs covered by foreign
artists (Sukiyaki song, Shimauta, Yuming song, Flowers
bloom - Boys II Men etc).
Please choose one song among the lyrics I showed in the
handouts.

Title: Let's explain the recipe.

Description:

1)Make some groups.

2)I will give 20 pieces of paper(small cards) to each
group.
A name of dish is written on the card.
*Please don't see the cards and keep turn the card over.

3)First person pick the card and check the word(the dish)
on the card.
*Please don't tell the word to other member.

4)Explain the recipe(how to cook),to your members.

5)Other member imagine the dish, guess the dish right .
*Please listen the explain to the end.

6)Please change the role.

Even if, you don't know how to cook or you don't like
cooking, please imagine and do your best.

Description:
I've made the original cross word puzzle again.
It contains fifty-five words of the certain area.
Last time, I made the cross word puzzle contained
forty-one botanical words. But it seemed to be a little
bit easy for you.
So, this time, I increased the words to fifty-five.
The categories of the words are a"fish"and a"bird".
Please prepare for the practice, and don't forget your
dictionaries and the sense of humor.

Description:

The book's basic theme is that, in order to attract and
marry the man of her dreams, a woman should play hard to
get. The authors promise happy relationships and happy
marriages to the readers who follow their 35 specific
rules. A woman who follows "the rules" is called a Rules
Girl. The underlying philosophy is that women should not
aggressively pursue men, but ought to get the men to
pursue them.
We pick up some these rules and discusse about it.

＜TOPIC>
　待ちに待った春到来！桜が早くも満開になっていますが皆様はお花見のご予定はありますか？
　私は先週円山公園にお花見に行きました。8分咲きでしたが凍えながらお弁当を広げている家族やカップル、テントで席とりをしている人たちで既にいっぱいでした。
　お花見には食事がつきものですね。花見と話は変わりますが行き帰りのランチにお勧めなお店を紹介します。祇園、花見小路の桃庭（たおてい）という中華のお店です。もうかれこれ10回くらい行っていますが特徴は町家造りなのに中華料理でジャズが流れている一度に3つのものを楽しめます。高級料理屋なのでお手ごろ価格でコースが楽しめるお昼がお勧めです。
　桜も今週末がピークと言われています。皆様もよろしければ花見にお食事に楽しんでください。
　一年間担当させて頂いたAkaoのニュースレターも今回が最後となりました。毎回TOPICでは忙しくESSの活動に参加できないためかけ離れた内容となり申し訳ございませんでした。そして、ご愛読ありがとうございました。
