Description:
From the people of Kanto and also from the people of Kyoto or Kobe, Osaka is supposed to be a unique prefecture, where the residents are acting uniquely. Moreover there are some very strong rules which are admitted only in Osaka, but the residents believe they are universal. For example, in a academic conference presentaters from Osaka present their reports in Osaka-ben. Today I'd like you to know some of the rules of this sort and have a talk on this "World".
