If you eat well, you will be well, but if you eat badly you will feel bad.
Dietary habit is literally FOOD FOR THOUGHT!
Do you have healthy dietary habits?
If your answer is yes, please share your eating habits with members in your group.
If your answer is no, what prevents you from them?
Let’s talk about your daily eating life.
If you have any points to keep in your mind or care about any special foods in your everyday meals so as to stay healthy, please exchange your ideas.
Followings are some tips to proceed with your conversation, but you don’t need to stick them.
